Abdul (working title)
This one began life as a beat exercise for Jason. After Alan came in and put in some guitar and a vocal it transformed from a somewhat sterile techno thing into a bit of a rocker.

What's Alan Singing?
When songs are essentially written in the studio, as this one was, we usually have Alan work out a melody using whatever words come to mind - stream of consciousness style, if you will. Thus, what you hear on these early versions is just something to help us track the melody as we build the song. And, yes, at this point we've just copied and pasted his verse vocal several times over as we figure out what form the song will take.
