I'm really not sure what direction this song will go. I at least feel like I have a decent form down for the song, and I'm confident that I've got a workable song, but I have no idea how to make it fit withing the realm of music that Silver Atlas does. The funny thing is that the verse actually sounds much much happier in this latest version than it ever does when I play it on piano (it's starts out in a minor key for pete's sake). The general challenge with this one is to preserve the song but arrange it so that it doesn't sound like mindless pop. (The lyrics are also up for grabs.) I think that the place to start is with the beats ...
